On Friday, August 16, you will have an opportunity to get your staff photos taken in the MPR in case you missed it this week. The students will be taking their photos as well, but you can cut in front of the line with your staff ID.

This summer, So Hee Tan took our publications students to the “Yearbooks at the Beach” yearbook camp at Cal State Long Beach. Five days of all things yearbook and getting the 2020 yearbook underway! ‬

Greet Kids at the Door!

Andy brought this up in our welcome back meeting about greeting our kids the first day of school. Great idea Lisa Donee! Human connection is so important and our kids are looking for that positive connection with our staff!


A study from 2018 shows that greeting kids at the door as they come into your class increased academic engagement by 20% and decreased disruptive behavior by 9%. Read the article below to learn more!
