1 tablespoon wine vinegar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
4 ripe tomatoes, large rich, sliced thickly
1/2 cup basil , fresh chopped
freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup spring onions, sliced
chives, for garnish

Step 1

    1. Heat the wine and the vinegar oil and the sugar until it dissolves.

Step 2

go and add the balsamic vinegar.

Step 3

    Overlap tomato slices on a flat plate, drizzle it with basil, the pepper and spring onions all together.

step 4

pour over the dressing and sprinkle it with the chives and mix it around


it was a very good salad great job we all enjoyed eating it. it was a very healthy salad we will have it again.
