HMS Drop off/Pick up
Dear Parents and Guardians,
There have been some concerns regarding student safety and our Drop Off/Pick Up procedures. Please follow the recommendations below:
DO NOT
Do not drop off on the west side of Clark street and have students cross the road
Do not perform a U-turn in the middle of Clark street to get to the east side of the road
DO
Pull over on the provided shoulder just to the south of the main sidewalk on Clark Street
Thank you for helping keep our students safe!

News From the 6th Grade Team….
It’s hard to believe that this first trimester of the school year is coming to a close. It officially ends on Nov. 22nd at 11:00 AM. The 6th grade team would like to make you aware that we will still accept missing work from throughout the trimester until 11:00 AM that day. We have let students’ know if they are missing work from our classes.
It would also be helpful if you took a few minutes to sit down with your child and take a look at PowerSchool, so you can make sure your child has turned in all of their work for the trimester. If you do not have a code for the parental portal of PowerSchool, your child can open it up from their account on their chrome book. Please reach out to a specific teacher if you have any questions.
We wish all of you a very Happy Thanksgiving with your family!
Sincerely,
Kathleen Aleman
