The president carrys out the laws and make a new laws. If the president vetos the law he can send it back to congress to make changes then they will send it back to the president for him to like it.
Exective Branch
The president is commander and cheif of the armed forces and he meets with leaders from other contrys and they can call with the leaders from other contrys because some times they can't make it so they have to call on the phone.
