Message from the Principal, Dr. Herrell
RCHS Stakeholders,
We are happy to begin our third year with a newsletter to share all the great things that are happening at Rhea County High School with our community. Our faculty and staff have been working hard to prepare for this year so that we can offer the highest quality educational opportunities to our students. We have a wonderful group of teachers that are ready to serve and love our students. Safety is our priority, and our building will always remain locked. We work hard to keep you informed via SchoolCast, Facebook, Instagram, our website, and this newsletter. We know that the coming year will offer us many opportunities to celebrate both staff and student successes. Our communications team consisting of Rebekah James, Mai-Li Miller, John Walker, Myranda Hamby, Brian Kamer, Jeff Ferrell, Austin Marsh all work together to spread good news and accomplishments from our school. Our administrative staff looks forward to the opportunity to work with our stakeholders for the 23-24 instructional year. If we can be of assistance, please reach out to us. We love your children, who become our students, and will do all we can to offer them the best possible opportunities. We are blessed to have a community that supports our school and are excited to continue to work together.
Go Eagles!
