School 1 is offering several new electives for the 2018-2019 School Year.
Grade 5 students will also have an adjustment to their Cycle Classes with the addition of a marking period dedicated to study skills and organization to go along with Health, Music, Art and Spanish. Spanish 6 is now being offered as a full year elective and has been replaced by a class in Consumer Mathematics.
Students in Grades 7 & 8 have the additional opportunities to select Sports Math and Analytics, Film Study, Advanced Instrumental Music and Advanced Vocal Music.
All of our electives are graded on a pass/fail basis and are designed to allow students to connect and explore various subjects in order to assist them in selecting an educational path that best suits their individual likes and skills. If you would like further information regarding our elective opportunities visit lfschools.us.
