My favorite chips are hot Cheetos it has yeast extract which is not good for me due to high sodium. Has enriched corn meal which is sometimes okay for you it can help you gain weight as well.

My favorite cereal is recess puffs it contains modified corn starch is not good for you because it can make you gain a lot of weight. It also has dextrose which diabetics need to watch out for because its like sugar but naturally found in food

my favorite vegetable are potatoes 4 minerals are

Potassium:it keeps a normal water balance between cells and body fluids.


Copper:helps make red blood cells

Vitamin C: helps maintain connectivity between tissues
