Notes for posting grades
ACTION NEEDED
If you have not changed the visibility settings of your grade book categories and assignments to ‘Public’ then your assignments could be published in your grade book with ‘Private’ visibility. That means that only you, the teacher of that class can view the assignments. This may not seem like an issue, but keeping assignments on ‘Private’ visibility means that the parents and guardians of your students cannot view their child’s grades, which is a big problem. Even if you think you have everything set to Public, leadership is requesting that you check to ensure all assignments are set to Public before posting grades. There are a few steps involved to make sure this happens. You can view how to do all of this by clicking in the button below & downloading the PDF.
