Tragedy about a school girl

Malala Yousufzai

Tuesday 9 October was like any other school day for 14-year-old Malala Yousufzai. But Malala is no ordinary teenager and shortly after boarding the bus home things changed dramatically - she was gunned down by Taliban fighters who also injured two of her friends, Shazia Ramzan and Kainat Ahmed.

She also wrote a diary about suffering with the talliban and all she wants is to just go to school and no one can stop her from protesting she thought but that is wrong as she got shot in the head and has been flown to UK and is now in hospital having care and needs surgery on her skull because it is cracked.

The reason why she was told to come here is because the hospital where she lives couldn't fix her, the teenager was a well known campaigner and asked for her own right.

The uk foreign secretary said the attack shot the world and she was really brave.

Two people have been questioned by police after they turned up at a hospital wanting to see Malala Yousafzai, this is because she campaigned for the right to be educated.

The 14-year-old arrived at Queen Elizabeth hospital, Birmingham, on Monday after being brought from Pakistan by air ambulance.

The hospital's medical director, Dr Dave Rosser, said: "A number of people turned up claiming to be members of Malala's family, which we don't believe to be true." He said those people had been arrested, but police issued a statement clarifying that no one had been detained.
