Novi High School Friday Update
February 21, 2020
From The Desk of Principal Carter
I am writing to remind students about the importance of arriving to classes on time. In recent weeks, we have noticed an increase in the number of students who are tardy. Please be mindful that when you arrive tardy to class it is a disruption and it causes you to miss out on valuable instructional time that sets the tone for the learning targets that will be met during the planned lesson. In addition, please don’t forget about the importance of walking on the designated sidewalks rather than walking through the parking lot. It has been reported that there has been several “close calls” and I want to ensure that all students are safe.
I hope you had a restful and enjoyable Mid-Winter Break.
Yours in leadership,
Nicole Carter
