Music in the roaring twenties made history around the world. With the introduction to jazz, the streets and homes were filled with its melodic trumpets and saxophones. 1920 was also a very successful time for Broadway, with over 50 new musicals opening in one season. Helping the music grow, we're radios and phonograph records, which increased in production, and brought music to the farthest corners on the United States. And we must thank Paul Whiteman, nicknamed 'jazz-king' for his help revolutionizing modern music.
