Springdale Public Schools Acceptable Use Agreement (AUA)
Critical: Please fill out and submit your student's Acceptable Use Agreement (AUA) found below. Please do this prior to our Drive Through Open House event on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 (More details to come).
- This will allow your student to be issued a Chromebook and charger at the event or on the first day of school. All students must have a signed AUA before they will be given a Chromebook.
- In this AUA, you will find a link to pay for the Springdale Chromebook Protection Plan (SCPP), which is an optional Protection Plan for helping cover potential damage to a student's Chromebook. We highly encourage each student to take advantage of this extra protection to help keep Chromebook repair costs down.
Please note that if you signed the AUA in the Registration Gateway: Student Information Update that you will still need to fill out the GJH Digital AUA below. Unfortunately we are unable to collect the data associated with the Student Information Update. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Registration Gateway's Student Information Update
Critical: Before the first day of school on Monday, August 24, 2020.
Log onto Registration Gateway to complete your Student Information Update.
The USERNAME will be your students 10 digit Student ID & PASSWORD is student birthday (as an example, if student birthdate is January 1, 2020 you would type: 01/01/2020).
Update all personal information.
This process will take approximately 15 minutes and replaces the previous registration and health cards.
GJHS Modification and Safety Enhancements
Car Riders/Students who walk - will enter and exit using the North doors of George Jr High.
Students will not be released out the front and parents are encouraged to ONLY use the North drive for pick up of car rider students. We strongly encourage our parents to refrain from dropping off or picking up students from the front of the building between 8:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Bus riders - will enter and exit using the South doors of George Jr High
No parents/guardians should be using the South bus lanes between 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Hallways will be two-way halls with lines and arrows to keep the flow of traffic moving with limited congregating. Our Rotunda in the center of the building will be one-way only. Students will only be mving to the right.
Lunches will now be divided into 3 separate lunch periods. Students will be sitting 4 to a table and we will be spreading tables out as far as we can. Students will also be allowed to eat in other designated areas.

Backpack (We encourage you to use a backpack with protection for your student's Chromebook since it will be traveling back and forth to school everyday)
