Workshop Description

Come to this teaser workshop to gain more awareness of the cycle of conflict and different approaches available to explore and support client choice in conflict situations. At the end of the workshop, you will leave with three take aways:
- an appreciation of the client’s experience of conflict
- insight into the dimensions of coaching which are most relevant for coaching through conflict
- practical experience using scenarios to identify the different coaching dimensions and apply coaching "moves"
