Happy Friday!
First, congratulations to all the students we recognized Thursday morning as Students of the Month! We recognized over 30 Wildcats who were nominated for their excellent demonstration of RESPECT, which has been our PAWS of the Month for September. We are so proud of our students who are doing a wonderful job of influencing a positive and respectful culture here at Roosevelt!
First Dance and Spirit Week!
Roosevelt's Welcome Back Dance will be Friday, October 4th in the MPR from 3:15-5:15pm. Our dance theme is Fall Festival!
Tickets will be on sale from Monday, September 30 to Thursday, October 3rd for $8. Entrance tickets are not sold the day of the dance. Next week is spirit week! Dress up and show that school spirit!

and Friday, the day of the dance, dress up in fall colors!

Safety Reminder: Parents, please remind your students to use the crosswalk when arriving or leaving school. The heavy traffic makes it unsafe for students because drivers may not see them as they cross the street.
