CRC Carnival

Students at CRC have been saving their Coyote Bucks all year to have a great day at the carnival. Tickets could be exchanged for games, popcorn, cotton candy, and many other fun activiites- including a chance to dunk their favorite teacher or Principal in the dunk tank!

Thank you Ms. Mahaffey for sending this in from Chester Jr./Sr/ High School

During our poetry unit this quarter, Ms. Shetterly and Angela Standley shared a few ASL (American Sign Language) poems with me. Meg and I were both greatly impacted by the unique perspectives, beauty, and emotion expressed in these poems. Using Youtube, we shared some of the poetry with the 9th grade class. We hope others will take a few minutes to appreciate this impressive art. Thank you Meg and Angela (and Lynda Park, Angela's interpreter)!

Thank you to all that made this happen: Mr. Brown, Mr. Hardig, students at CJSHS and GJSHS, Sierra Pacific Industries for the donated lumber, Rob Wade for coordination and our maintenance staff for assisting with the installation.
