Here is the link to the Additional Materials Order Form. We will check this order form daily during the ACCESS testing window.Only place orders for writing booklets, student booklets, and paper materials that need to be sent to you. Our office will submit all orders to DRC upon receipt of your form submission.
Enrollment of Potential ELs: Identification Reminders
When a new student enrolls and a language other than English is listed on the enrollment form, you must administer the WIDA Screener or KWAPT and then collect a body of evidence to determine if the student should be identified as an EL.
Written parent notification of assessment is required, and a phone call prior to the end of the school day on which the student was assessed is highly recommended.
All identification paperwork must be emailed to Christina Levesque and Remy Rummel - including PHLOTE and students identified as ELs. Please remember to upload paperwork into IC.
If the student is eligible for ELD services, add the student to DRC and administer ACCESS.
