Air Play "drop" and lag issues

Before you fill out a work ticket, call the help desk, or complain to others about the airplay issues, please make sure you have first followed these steps from Scott Hewitt:

We have seen on several occasions that airplay will not work or even show up if the system has not been shut down and rebooted. I would guess that many staff don't shutdown their Mac books from what I have seen. It is necessary to reboot the mac books just as much if not more than PC's. They use memory the same way and when that runs out, non critical system process stop. We have seen on many occasions a reboot of the mac book and apple TV itself has worked.

Collaberation Meetings

Thank you for the time spent this week looking at new strategies to address our at risk population. The compilation of ideas was overwhelming. I hope the time you spent was productive, and you at least, found a kid or two in need of a "connection". It was refreshing to hear the dialogue between staff.
