Mobile Vaccinations for Kaimukī Students and 'Ohana--Please Sign UP! 😷
Kaimukī High School, in partnership with Hawai'i Pacific Health, will be providing COVID-19 vaccinations on May 20 and June 10. Please make an appointment to receive your vaccination.
The mobile vaccination bus is currently providing the Pfizer vaccine.
Parents are welcome to escort their child to their appointment. If you are unable, please complete the Department of Education consent form you receive with your appointment confirmation email and have your child bring it with them to their appointment.
Important Reminders
Only one appointment per qualified individual is allowed.
This scheduled visit is for first doses only. Second doses will be scheduled on site.

We are looking ahead to the next 4 years of the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) which allows certain schools to serve universal free meals.
We understand that it is a busy time, but we would love your help and encourage you to apply before the May 24 deadline. Mahalo for your help!
