FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Early next week, the high school administrative team and some members of the Task Force who worked on the Remote Learning Plan this summer will be releasing a video to students and parents/guardians. Our goal is to give an overview of what remote learning will look like and answer any questions you may have. Questions can be submitted in advance through the following Google Form (we kindly ask for questions to be submitted by Monday morning).
BOOK/MATERIAL PICK UP
Reminder: Books/materials pickup for students in grades 10-12 (and for freshmen who will not be attending New Chieftain Day) will take place tomorrow, September 11th and Tuesday, September 15th. Please refer to the e-mail sent earlier in the week with logistics.
NEW CHIEFTAIN DAY
Reminder: New Chieftain Day is taking place on Monday, September 14th. Students should remember to bring a mask and show up at their designated times. Please refer to the e-mail sent earlier in the week with logistics.
SENIOR ENGLISH ELECTIVE
Reminder: Seniors—your Senior English Elective survey is due today! Please log into your Naviance portal and complete it. While we usually collect these surveys in the spring, we are still in the process due to the pandemic. The results will be tallied to determine class lists. Make your voice heard! Senior English Electives will launch once we have received students’ choices and populate class rosters. Be on the lookout for a Google Classroom invite from your English teacher for notification of your course title and reading list. (Note: AP students do NOT need to complete English elective surveys.)
