EDCAMP FRIENDS
Monday, March 28th, 2016 :: Newtown Friends School
A new Edcamp just for Friends School educators!
Newtown Friends School is thrilled to be hosting Edcamp Friends, an Edcamp for teachers and administrators working in Quaker schools. Edcamps are an ideal approach to professional development for educators in Friends school, as any attendee is encouraged to present or facilitate a session.
"Edcamp is a form of unconference designed specifically for teachers and their needs. What makes Edcamp an unconference? Unlike traditional conferences which have schedules set months in advance by the people running the conference, Edcamp has an agenda that's created by the participants at the start of the event."
