All Teachers

Remind (formerly Remind 101) is an app that allows you to communicate with parents through their cell phones without sharing your personal number. You can set up your account at Or, install the app on your mobile phone and set up your account there. Once you have created your classes the system generates a code that you provide to parents. They enter the code on their app and they are connected to your class! Now you can send announcements, information, important dates, and more to parents.

The website also provides a PDF with the codes that you can print and post for parents to see.

Another great reasons to use Remind is that it has the ability to translate your messages to other languages!

Class Dojo

ClassDojo is a communication app for the classroom. It connects teachers, parents, and students who use it to share photos, videos, and messages through the school day. Use ClassDojo to work together as a team, share in the classroom experience, and bring big ideas to life in classrooms and homes.

ClassDojo is also an excellent classroom management tool that allows teachers to encourage students for any skill or value — whether it's working hard, being kind, helping others or something else. Did you know you can also give students voice with this tool by allowing them to showcase and share their learning by adding photos and videos to their own portfolios?

ClassDojo is also a great tool to use to get parents engaged by sharing photos and videos of wonderful classroom moments.

Important - Student Google Accounts

The tech department has reset all student passwords to their birthday, in the form of mmddyyyy. Please make sure students are aware of this change when they first login! Click the buttons below for directions to reset student passwords if needed.

Remember - when a new student enrolls in the district, it can take up to 3 days for them to be synced in our system.

Secondary Teachers: Google Classroom - Starting Fresh

Google Classroom is recommended for use with students in grade 5 - 12 who are using chromebooks. If you are already a Google Classroom user, it is time for you to set up your Classrooms to start fresh for the year. Follow the steps below:

  1. Sign into
  2. Click the three dots in the corner of each class tile and select "Archive"
  3. Your old classrooms will remain in your archives. Leave them there if you think you might reuse a post or want to refer back to something. If not, you can delete it permanently from your archives.
  4. Create your new classes (you can now drag and drop class tiles to re-order them). HINT: Remember to adjust the setting under the students tab to "Only the teacher can post and comment" for each class to start the year off. Then, you can change the setting as the year goes on.
  5. When you begin enrolling students, remind them to un-enroll from old classes by clicking the three dots in the corner of their class tile.
