Positive Affirmations I Can Use
To ensure I have the very best health I can ever day, I will have a healthy mind. If I think I'm going to get sick, I will. My mind affects my body. To keep my body healthy, I will exercise and eat healthy. I will keep myself moving throughout the day. I will also take breaks to let my body rest.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by remembering it is a positive thing. What I will gain from that "pain" is having a better life. If I feel pain, I will remember it is positive and will change what I am doing. If I get hurt by others, I will stop hanging around them and find new people who share my interests and respect me.

I want success and happiness from life. So, I need to surround myself with happy and positive people. I also need to surround myself with people who are willing to make goals and work towards achieving them. The people I surround myself with should have the same interests and intentions as I have.
