YOUTH MUSIC MONTEREY
Music is Alive in Soledad!
Classes for the strings program started September 14th with 79 students in 4th-6th grade. Students have already shown great progress in playing both classical and popular styles of music. They are developing critical thinking and problem solving skills as they work to address challenges in their music. They have also demonstrated increased responsibility by practicing on their own time, coming to office hours, and asking questions both during and outside of class. We're looking forward to having virtual strings concerts later this school year!
