When students return to on-campus learning on March 22nd, our health attestation form will be accessible only through Skyward. The attestation will need to be completed prior to students arriving on campus and can be completed by logging into your family access account on your computer or by using the Skyward app on your phone. Please watch the following videos for information that is applicable to your child/family. The daily attestation can be completed by either the student or guardian and must be done each day.
