Financial Buisiness
Mr. Mizikar summarized the Financial Policies recommending no changes and summarized the Financial Objectives and provided recommendations for alignment of the budget with the 2030 Strategic Plan, revised retirement system and OPEB, commitments with the May 2021 operational override, and updates for ARPA funding. All based on current financial conditions and moving forward more strategically the next financial year.
The Board unanimously voted to maintain the financial policies as presented and accepted the adjustments to the financial objectives as presented.

The Board held a public forum on December 13, 2022 to gather feedback and discuss the project areas in depth with residents with Town Staff. The Board unanimously voted to establish the American Rescue Plan Act funding plan.
