Admissions
To be admitted to The University of Texas at Austin, you must graduate under either the distinguished plan or the recommended plan of your high school. If you graduate in the top 7% and have an SAT score of 1837 or an ACT score of 28, you are automatically accepted. If you do not graduate in the top 7%, you will need a SAT score of 1913 or an ACT score of 29 to be accepted. The non-refundable application fee is $75. You can reach the Office of Admissions at P.O. Scholarships

AP and Transfer Credit Policy
AP Credit from high school is carried over. For both AP and Transfer credit you must submit all transcripts to the Office of Admissions. In order for dual or transfer credit to be added to your UT Austin transcript, the course must be transferable and you must have earned a C- or higher.
