Technology Updates for All Employees of Boaz City Schools

Alabama Technology Survey Due October 10, 2017
As a school system, we are required to have 100% participation on our Alabama Technology Survey from administrators and a minimum of 80% participation from certified classroom teachers. This information is used to define goals as we construct our Alabama Technology Plan and determine our purchases for the school year. The data will also be reviewed by our compliance monitoring team. Only full-time certified classroom teachers are required to complete the teacher survey.
Please be assured that all responses will be anonymous. Your honest opinion is greatly appreciated. Once you have completed the appropriate survey, please sign the sign-in sheet in your front office or principal's designated location. Your completion of the survey is due by Tuesday, October 10, 2017.

Technology Inventory Due Friday, October 20, 2017
Thank you for taking the time to provide us an accurate and updated count of your technology. It is necessary that this information is accurate and complete, since it will provide a guide for additional funding, technical assistance, and tracking. You will provide the counts for the following equipment in your classrooms/offices: desktop computers, laptop computers, Chromebooks, projectors, interactive whiteboards, document camera, printers, and tablets. Please do not skip any blanks. If it is not applicable to you, please enter an NA or 0 in the blank.
If you have items you wish to dispose of, please see your principal prior to removing an item from your room. Please remember that you are responsible for the items listed on your inventory. You must contact the technology department before any equipment is moved from one room to another.
By submitting this form, you are confirming that the information is complete to the best of your ability. Please have all information completed by Friday, October 20, 2017, to provide time for your principal to review the data.
