Friday Skating is very popular

There are many children that do not own skates and yet are dying to skate. If you have any skates lying around collecting dust, would you please consider donating them to Waipipi School? We would then be able to lend these out so that these children could have a turn as well. Thank you.

Glenbrook School is hosting a meeting that parents should attend, if you can- around keeping your child/ren cyber safe.

Glenbrook School is hosting a Digital and Cyber Safety Evening on Thursday 10th November at Glenbrook School hall. It starts at 7pm.

We would love as many parents and or educators to attend as possible from the district.A (No children are to attend, this is an ADULTS only evening). These are serious issues that we are all dealing with, that involve our children or will deal with, no matter what age your child is. There is no cost (Paid for by Glenbrook School). You do not have to have a child at Glenbrook School to attend.

Rob & Zareen are authors (both having authored books in the mental health space) and filmmakers, they were asked to screen the documentary in Parliament last year, they've featured on The Breakfast Show in NZ as well as Radio and have been interviewed by several other media outlets in different countries, including having the film screened at a film festival in the USA, whose purpose is to stop the sex trafficking of children. They also had it screened at the Global Annual Conference to End Sexual Exploitation, held by the National Centre on Sexual Exploitation. And they have worked with the Department of Internal Affairs and OCEANZ (Online Child Exploitation Across New Zealand team).
