Global Warming
What is it?
Climate Change
Climate Change
Climate Change is also known as Global Warming and the Greenhouse effect. Climate Change refers the artificial gases that are joining in our atmosphere which is also causing changes in weather patterns on a global scale.
The effects of Climate Change include:
· Changes in rainfall patterns
· A rise in sea levels
· Potential droughts
· Loss of habitat
· Heat stress
Droughts A drought has many causes. It may be caused by a part of land that does not get rain over a long course of time. We also could be using too much water from a river or lake to cause a drought. | Gases Trapped Within The Earths Atmosphere The Greenhouse Effect causes the Earths Atmosphere to trap in gases like carbon dioxide and methane. The greenhouse gases also trap the suns heat and sunlight. | The Sea level Is Rising Antarctica's and The Arctic's glaciers and polar ice caps are melting fast every day. Then each day the sea level will start rising slowly. |

How To Help Stop Climate Change
Some ways to help stop Climate Change
If you have a leaky toilet or faucet then get someone to fix it because if you don't fix it, you are just wasting 200 gallons of water in only one day. You could also use less electricity by using 15-20 watt light bulbs or you could buy a new air conditioner that is more safe for the environment.
