Our Annual Report is here!
We are pleased to share this year's district Annual Report with you. Found under News and Announcements on our district website, this report is a summary of the past 12 months of initiatives, success stories, growth, and more. We highlight the accomplishments of our students, our educators, our school communities, and share an overview of our school construction projects with you. Oftentimes it's so hard for families and community members to get a districtwide view of all we've accomplished, when the focus is on the schools in which their own students attend. This document lets everyone see why we are so proud to be Cranston Public Schools.
Second in the State
Looking at current numbers, Dutemple is second overall in the state when it comes to taking out books on Sora! Great job to all of our dedicated readers.

Message from Nurse Deb
Dear Families:
I hope that you and your family got to experience the solar eclipse on Monday! It is one of the events that kids of all ages will remember!
In honor of Earth Day, celebrated on April 22 each year, I looked up some fun, informative online resources for the kids.
National Geographic has great resources for children to learn more about our Earth: These are just samples from their website: https://kids.nationalgeographic.com/

Very short animated videos with interesting trivia:

And what kid doesn't love games?:

Here is another activity from Big Life Journal for kids and families to think about how thankful we are about the world and our lives:
Have a safe and fun week vacation next week!
