You can also find the link on our Media Center's website. Students log in using their lunch number and school password. Then they're ready to read!

Weekly activities:

  • Kona Ice is $2 and will be available on the last Wednesday of each month during recess.
  • PTSO snacks are $1 each are available EVERY Friday during recess.

May 17: 5th grade End of Year Awards Assembly/Final GRIT assembly


May 20: Meadow Brook Talent Show during Life Apps

May 21: Dodgeball during Life Apps

May 22: 6th grade End of Year Awards Ceremony @ 8:30 am

May 22: LAST DAY OF SCHOOL day is from 8:10-12:10

Important Reminders

  • 6th grade Physicals- If you want your student to get a physical on May 10, they must have a signed form and $15 with them on that day. Forms and information are available in the office. The form and information are also linked on our website.
  • If your student is being recognized for an End of the Year Award you will be contacted in the next couple weeks!

Upcoming GRIT Assemblies--6th grade May 2 and May 16 --5th grade May 3 and May 17

We will recognize our April character trait (COURAGE) during the assemblies on May 2/3.


May's character trait is HONESTY. We will recognize these students on May 16/17.


We are so proud of how our students are showing GRIT throughout out our school!

End of the Year Awards Ceremony--- May 17 and May 22

We will recognize our Honor Roll students and students receiving special awards at our End of the Year Awards Ceremonies on the following dates.


5th grade's ceremony will be held on May 17 at 8:00 am in the cafeteria.

6th grade's ceremony will be held on May 22 at 8:30 am in the cafeteria.


If your student is being recognized on the Honor Roll or for an End of the Year Award you will be contacted in the next couple weeks!

MBI BoosterThon and Fun Run--- May 1-May 10

OUR BOOSTERTHON HAS BEGUN!


Students will be coming home with "Pledge Packets" today!


Steps to do:

5th Grade---Growth and Development Presentation--May 15

The following form will be going home with your student on Monday, May 6.

On Wednesday, May 15th, we will be showing a video on growth and development for kids in the fifth grade. The video is designed for kids between the ages of nine and twelve. GRIT Tickets

The staff at Meadow Brook are looking for students who have GRIT. We will be giving the student a "GRIT Ticket" to acknowledge their excellent behavior. Then, the student's name will go in a monthly drawing during our GRIT Assembly.
