Student Council Updates:
In the off Campus Committee we have been finishing up the final touches of off campus.
The Events Committee have been working with Mrs.Mills to organise the assembly.
The Food Committee are helping with the interviews for the new catering manager.
The teaching and Learning Committee have been working on student ids.
The New Student Welcome Committee have been working on things that we can help new students with.
New members are welcome to join every Monday lunchtime in SO1.
Grade 8 - Cardboard arcade games
Please bring in any cardboard - from large cardboard boxes through to cardboard envelopes from Amazon - every little helps! You can leave your cardboard in the Hub with Ms Dutton.

Service As Action:
This is an opportunity for you to raise money for Kids' Company. Before break, we had a visit from Kids' Company. If you would like to help raise money for them, please see Ms Watson in the Drop in Clinic in the hub on Thursday.
Great New Books!
Thursday 5 March: World Book Day Breakfast
This Thursday, bring in a vegetarian, literary-inspired breakfast dish.
Here are some suggestions based on last year's breakfast:
- Butter Beer from Harry Potter
- Fruity Oatmeal from Oliver Twist
- Chocolate and Blueberry Muffins from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
- Ichabod's "Slapjacks" from Legend of Sleepy Hollow

The Halcyon Book Club will be in the Stern Hall from 8:30am on Thursday to collect your goodies.
We will also spend the morning together as a whole school celebrating literacy. Please bring along a book to read on Thursday (in any language).
March 5th Assembly
Volunteers are needed to present or organise something for Assembly on March 5th to celebrate World Book Day.
Anyone interested in this, or would like to share an idea, please email Manuel (Grade 6) or Emily (Grade 9).
