Counseling Center
Is your Sophomore or Junior child interested in attending Northland Career Center or Northland CAPS next year?
If interested in Northland CAPS, students must complete the application found on the Northland CAPS website from the link below. The application opens on December 1st.
Parents of Sophomores
It's time to start thinking about the 18-19 enrollment. On Monday, November 27, Sophomores were shown a short video about enrolling for classes for the 18-19 school year and given a copy of their 18-19 enrollment form. School Counselors will begin meeting with students about their course choices next week during their world history class. Please visit with your student to see that they have chosen classes, received teacher initials, and have your signature. Enrollment into the course choices will happen during Spring parent/teacher conferences on February 28 as done the last two years. Below you will find the video the students were shown on the 6th, a blank copy of the 18-19 enrollment form, and a link to the 18-19 course guide.
COMMITMENT TO GRADUATE & Class Ring Delivery
Sophomores will be called down to the Wilson Center at 8:30 am on Wednesday, December 13th. Following the presentation, students will be able to sign the class banner, and then those students that ordered class rings can pick up them up at that time.
Please bring any balance still owed in order to get your class ring.

Bullying and Safety Concerns
Safety is one of our district’s top priorities and to help safeguard our school community, our district is now using SafeSchools Alert, a tip reporting service that allows students, staff, and parents to submit safety concerns to our administration.
You and your child can easily report tips on bullying, harassment, or any safety issue you're concerned about through SafeSchools Alert.
Every tip SafeSchools Alert receives about our district is immediately logged in the system and our administration is notified so that they can investigate and take appropriate action. And, tips may also be submitted anonymously if you prefer.
Together, using SafeSchools Alert, we can make our district a safer place to learn!
