CONFERENCES-
Thank you for all of your hard work throughout the Parent-Teacher conference week. Kandy will be sending out an email to gather how many parent-teacher conferences that you conducted throughout the past couple of weeks.
SUB PLANS
Please make sure that you have EMERGENCY SUB PLANS on your desk by next week! I will be coming around to make sure there is some material prepped. As you may call out, please have sub plans with accurate information (date, day, special schedule, etc.). Write plans as if someone who has not been in a school building or not tech savvy. Many of our subs have been confused on how to access components of sub plans because they are not familiar with the terminology.
HALLOWEEN DAY EXPECTATIONS
Students may wear costumes as they are school appropriate and they don't interfere with their winter gear. No blood, gore, masks or props.
Please continue on your academic pacing guides. If you would like to provide a craft, activity, fun holiday snack, you may use a portion of the afternoon to celebrate. Please limit a sugary afternoon (cupcakes, candy, cookies, etc. as students will be getting that in the evening) to a minimum. For example: A mummy math game and mummy hot dog wrap snack or a clementine pumpkin. Please be mindful of all allergies. If you have questions, please reach out to Nurse Nicolette.
