Kingsborough News
April 2019
This past month we recognized over 120 prek-2nd graders that had perfect attendance. This month we are recognizing perfect attendance and being on time. All students that have both will get a recognition at our April Kingsborough Rally.
Sadly, our students did not meet their reading goal for March. I told them maybe we would try again in May to see if they could meet their goal for another chance to throw water balloons at me.
We have many fun events coming up for our students in the next couple of months. Adirondack Museum is coming April 16th-17th. Next week we are celebrating the Week of the Young Child. Fingers crossed on Tuesday they will be able to have their tasty treat outdoors if the weather cooperates.
100 in 1 Day
On May 4th, Gloversville is celebrating 100 in 1 day. The goal of this program is to have 100 projects done around our city in 1 day. Please take a minute to visit the website below and volunteering your time that day.
