Cardiovascular Endurance
swimming is an example of cardiovascular endurance because breathing and or your oxygen works muscles in order to keep moving
muscular strength
lifting weight
Lifting weights is an example of muscular strength because its using force that your muscles exert against some form of resistance in a single effort.
Muscular Endurance
Jumping rope is a form of muscular endurance. You have to have the ability to repeat contractions against a resistance for an extended period of time.
Flexibility
Cheerleaders have excellent flexibility. They move their joints and the length in there muscles that cross to induce a bending movement or motion.
Body Composition
Body composition is simply used to describe the percentages of fat, bone , water ,and muscle in our body's.
Speed
Running track is all about speed. During track ,you have to have the ability to move quickly
Agility
Obstacles/foot movement is a great example of agility. Not only do you have to move quickly but you also have to think quickly.
Balance
Balance is the state of equilibrium , which is shown in the picture below. Its the ability to stay in an upright and steady position.
Coordination
Coordination is the ability to use different parts of your body together smoothly and efficiently. Its a strategy used in tennis as well.
Reaction time
If you're lined up to run in a track meet and you hear the gun go off , your instincts is to run. That's an example of reaction time , its the amount of time it takes to respond to a stimulus.
Power
Power is the ability to exert maximum muscular contraction instantly , sort of like an explosive burst of movements.
