Parent Access to Report Cards
First Quarter Report cards will be available on November 13th in eBackpack
Last year, we launched a new feature within Parent Portal called the “eBackpack”. The eBackpack provides you access to documents posted for your student(s), classes, or the school(s). As part of the launch, we are using it to post student report cards as an electronic .pdf file. Each student has their own eBackpack with documents that are specific to them.
Please click HERE to access step-by-step instructions. If you have questions, please follow the included instructions to email the helpdesk.
Virtual Attendance
Dear parents of virtual classroom students,
Based on feedback from teachers and parents, we are instituting a change in attendance procedures for virtual classes starting TUESDAY, November 10th.
Just before class, teachers will share a google form/survey with the class. EVERY student will need to access that google form to self-report attendance within a few minutes of the start of class. Teachers will briefly remind students to self-report their attendance.
Please note, if a student does not access the document to report his/her presence in class, he/she will be marked absent for the bell. This new attendance process will time stamp each response which also will allow us to accurately report tardies when applicable. As with students in our Face to Face classrooms, our expectation of every student in our virtual classrooms is to be on time to class and fully present and engaged throughout the entire bell. Thank you in advance for partnering with us to reinforce this expectation.
We hope this eliminates the extra time required for our teachers to take manual attendance and allows our virtual students to engage in classroom instruction in an equitable fashion as it relates to instructional time.
As always, if you know your student will be absent, please call the VIrtual Attendance Line at 686-1707.

IMPORTANT!!! Dismissal / Pick Up
Please WAIT to text your child ONLY when you turn into the driveway of the school. It is this text that cues your student to leave class and proceed to the pickup area. Texting too early creates a logjam of children on the sidewalk which compromises our social distancing protocols. It also has created a safety hazard when too many students seek out parents and cross multiple traffic lanes in an attempt to get into cars.
Please HELP US KEEP YOUR CHILD SAFE! Text them only when you have actually arrived at the property. Thank you for your cooperation!
