Brickie Water Bottles Coming Home

Each student in the School City of Hobart was issued a water bottle to take to and from school. We want all of our Brickies to stay hydrated! Why drink water?

· Up to 60% of the adult human body is water

· Roughly 75% of the brain is composed of water

· By the time you feel thirsty you have already lost close to 2 to 3% of your body weight

· Dehydration leads to an inability to concentrate, focus, recall, and can cause a rise in our stress hormones
