Early Childhood Newsletter

Next week we will be talking about our 5 senses. We will be exploring how our senses are tools that gather information for our bodies. We will be using all 5 senses to taste, feel, hear, touch, and see. We will also explore ways that our senses help keep us safe.

Math:

We will be using different types of manipulatives to see how objects can be described and sorted (color, shape, size). We will also compare objects for likenesses and differences.

Literacy:

We will be discussing how each letter can be identified by its unique name and shape. We will also talk about how sentences are made up of a collection of individual words.

Writing:

We will use symbols, letters, words, and illustrations to share concepts and ideas.
