Social Emotional Learning Corner by Mrs. Blaisdell
This week’s focus is — Self-Compassion
This week we have learned about Self-Compassion.
1. Taking care of and showing love to YOURSELF. 💖
2. Being your own BEST FRIEND. 💕
3. Giving yourself a break, when you make a mistake. 😘
4. Focus on your own Health, Well-being, and Self-Care.
As a family— You can talk with each other about plans to practice self-compassion and care. Generate ideas about how you can show yourself love and care when you are having a rough day.
Take Care of Yourselves This Week 😊
I am thankful for each and every Midland student and family.
Mrs. Blaisdell
