MBB Fall Retreat
Building Bridges of Understanding
Finding Your Voice
Do you struggle to effectively express your feelings about your LGBTQ loved ones and the LDS Church's doctrine regarding sexual orientation and gender identity? Would you like to build a bridge of mutual understanding in your home, congregation, and community? Do you want to find the right time to speak up in a meaningful and effective way?
Our Mormons Building Bridges Fall Contemplative Retreat may be just what you need. As with other MBB Retreats, we will draw on the wisdom of activists, poets, scriptures and one another to help us more thoughtfully and skillfully stand our ground, find our voice and speak our truth with empathy and compassion. These contemplative retreats afford you time to slow down, invite the Spirit in, and listen to inner wisdom rather than listening to speakers and coaches.
