Weekly Re-cap
We have had such a fun week in ECSE, with so many exciting things going on around the school! We celebrated the end of our fundraiser with our Disney Day, and finished out the week with our Storybook parade. It was so fun to see all of our cute characters!
We continued reading the book, The Little Old Lady Who Wasn't Afraid of Anything. The students have loved STOMPING and CLOMPING along with the story. Be on the look out for our Itsy Bitsy Spiders that we made this week, to help us practice counting to 8!

Letter of the Week: I
This week we will be reading the book, There was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Bat. We will continue to practice sequencing and retelling the story. The students love seeing everything the lady eats!
Number of the Week: 9
In Math we will learn about positional words and shapes by making faces on pumpkins. We can't wait to see what fun faces our students come up with!
FUN FRIDAY - On Friday the 22nd, we will be carving pumpkins in class! We are asking that students bring in a pumpkin, large enough to carve, by Thursday the 21st. Be on the lookout for more information about our pumpkin carving extravaganza!
