Winston Churchill connected with the people he would refer to himself but really be connecting to the people in one of his speeches he used this phrase t "I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat." He wasn't going to bleed or toil but the soldiers were and he connected to them which connected to the people
He was very self insured showed that he was capable and he knew what he was doing and showed the public he was in charge and would make not only decisions but the right decisions. In this part of his speech it shows his confidence and he is going to do what is needed I can say: It is to wage war, by sea, land and air, with all our might and with all the strength that God can give us.

Winston was very persuasive with his words drawing the public in on his side and following what he has to say showing a good leader. I feel sure that our cause will not be suffered to fail among men. He saids that our cause showing he is in this showing he is the same as then ganging persuasive trust
