Body Weight Exercise Workout

A way to get a good workout without using equipment.

20 diamond pushups

Place your hands on the ground and form a diamond. Start in a high plank position and then go down into a pushup until your arms are at a 90 degree angle. Pushups will help you develop upper body strength.

25 curl ups

Lay on your back with your knees up and your feet on the ground and your hands crossed over your chest. Lift your head and chest off the ground until you get close to your knees. Then go down and repeat 25 times. Curl ups will help you develop strength in your core

1 minute Plank

Start on the ground with your forearms under you holding you up. Hold that position for 1 minute. This will help you develop strength in your core.

6 inches

Lay down on the ground and lift your legs 6 inches off the ground or less. Hold this position for 1 minute.

20 lunges

Stand up straight. Take a long step and bend your knee down close to the ground. Do this every step you take for twenty steps.

15 calf raises

Start with your feet flat on the ground. Lift up on your toes and hold that position for 10 seconds. Then slowly go back to the ground. Repeat this exercise 15 times.

Sprints

Start at a designated point and sprint, as fast as you can, to another designated point. Touch the ground and sprint back to the place where you started. Do as many as you can until you feel you need to catch your breath
