CR West Week 17
To Know God and Make Him Known
Turning Over a New Leaf
The third quarter is winding down, and I know the appearance (albeit brief) of spring weather has many of us excited about the months ahead. This is also the time of year, however, when we start to flip through the pages of our textbooks and wonder how we'll ever get everything accomplished by year's end. I encourage you to celebrate the small victories you've enjoyed throughout the school year. Focus on what you have accomplished, not what you have not. The "have nots" will always threaten to swallow us up if we let them. Take every thought of dread and defeat and make it obedient to Christ. He tells us to rejoice in hope and that He makes all things new. Ask Him what things you should focus on for the spring semester, and stay in His word to receive His wisdom. He is for you!!
Is this a testing year for you?
For some of you this may be a testing year for your students. Depending on what route you chose with homeschool (CHEC, other Umbrella school, letter of intent, etc.) this may be a year in which your child completes a standardized test. Did you know that CC partners with Homeschool Testing Services to offer both online and on site testing? Learn more here...
