We are excited to announce the 3rd in a series of Listening Tours! Parents and community members are invited to participate in the second Dalhart ISD Board of Trustees "Listening Tour" of 2017-18. This is an opportunity for the Board of Trustees to hear from parents, community members and other stakeholders. Issues concerning our school, including the Legislative Budget Board Performance Review, are important to us. Members of the board, as well as members of the administrative team, will be available to take your questions. Questions will be posted in a Q/A format online following the meeting. Dalhart ISD welcomes input from citizens as community involvement fosters better decision making and improved learning experiences for all students. While comments and questions are welcome during Open Forum, law prohibits the Board from discussing concerns about individual employees or students in a public meeting. We will stop the proceedings immediately if employee or student privacy issues are raised and direct the speaker to forward comments regarding individual employees or students to the superintendent.
