I want to personally thank our amazing teachers and staff during teacher appreciation week! They work so hard on behalf of our students and Walden is so lucky to have such a dedicated and talented group of educators. If you haven't had a chance to send a note of gratitude, it's never too late!

SCHOOL SUPPLY KITS... IT'S THAT TIME TO ORDER AGAIN!

Supply kits for next school year, 2022-2023, are now available to purchase! The sale runs from Friday, April 29th until Friday May, 13th. After that window, you will NOT be able to order a kit. Don't miss out on the chance to buy all the supplies your Walden students will need in one easy transaction.


To purchase your supply kit, please go to the "FOR SALE" section on the Walden PTO app or the Walden PTO website.


All kits will be delivered to Walden and be waiting in your child's classroom on the first day of school. This is the preferred choice by the teachers - so they can label and organize all of your child's belongings before school begins. Don’t forget to order for the grade(s) your child(ren) will be in next fall.

Looking to fill out the SHIELD consent form?

Please login to Skyward/Family Access and it should appear as a green box next to your child’s name. Contact the district's communications department (communications@dps109.org) with any Family Access questions.



Looking to opt-out of SHIELD testing next week?

Click here to access the form.


We share the same form each week. If you'd like to opt your child out each week, the form will need to be filled out on a week-by-week basis.


Forms are due by Tuesday at 3pm.
