Below is information regarding the start of the school year. While all the details are not finalized regarding the events, I wanted to make sure you had the dates on your calendar. Please be sure to check out the Important Dates section at the bottom!

Save the Date - Welcome Event & Supply Drop-Off

All students are invited to drop off school supplies and meet classroom teachers Monday, August 9, 2019, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Our Ferson Creek PTO will also be present at this event, so you will have the opportunity to volunteer for committees for the school year.

We will have specific times for families to arrive within that window, but those details as well as general procedures for the event will be shared closer to the actual date.

Class Assignments

All active HAC accounts will be accessible on Thursday, August 5. At that time, you will be able to view your child’s classroom assignment and teacher.

In anticipation of finding out your child’s classroom teacher on August 5, please make sure you are registered on the Home Access Center (HAC). If you previously registered, your login names and passwords have not changed, and you do not need to re-register. If you are new or have not previously registered you must have a current and valid email address on file with the school. If you have not provided a current and valid email address you may do so by calling the school office prior to August 5.

Specific log-in directions will be sent the week of August 5th, for those that need them.

Notification of Transportation Routes

Transportation route information for elementary school students will be available online later this month. When available, parents may log in to the VersaTrans e-Link via the included site - http://district.d303.org/bus-route-info-e-link using their Home Access Center (HAC) login credentials. When logging in, please do not check the Authenticate using Network Credentials box.

  • Wednesday, August 11 – First Day of School: 8:00 am -3:00 pm

  • Tuesday, August 24– Curriculum Night (grade levels are TBD)

  • Tuesday, August 31st – Curriculum Night (grade levels are TBD)

  • Friday, September 3rd - Institute Day -No School For Students

  • Monday, September 6th – Labor Day – No School

  • Wednesday, September 15 – Fall Picture Day
