Do you know how your food get swallowed? Well this is the answer. Your tongue is the one that moves your food to the back of your mouth so it can get swallowed.Your saliva makes all the food wet so it can be easier to swallow.
The Oesophagus
In humans, the esophagus is usually 18–25 centimeters (cm) long. During swallowing the epiglottis tilts backwards to prevent food from going down the larynx.
