Green JHS Weekly Bulletin for May 11th
A Message from the Principal
E.O. Green families,
We sincerely hope that you are feeling healthy and safe during the unprecedented and challenging times. We want your student to continue to learn and we need your support. Please make sure your student is accessing online learning. All students have daily instructional assignments they need to complete. Every day students need to check into their Google Classrooms. The expectation is for students to complete tasks for different subjects. All teachers have daily office hours to provide guidance, assistance, and answer questions.
Take time to help your child to create a daily schedule with routines that includes: sleeping patterns, meals, distance learning, seeking teachers’ support, and relaxing and fun time with family, etc. PLEASE REMIND YOUR STUDENT TO USE THEIR SCHOOL AGENDA TO WRITE DAILY ASSIGNMENTS AND KEEP TRACK OF DEADLINES. The E.O. Green staff appreciates the support.
7th graders, apply to be a WEB Leader - Where Everyone Belongs program. Visit the video below.

Gracias! Directora Melgoza-Vasquez

Some Words of Love and Wisdom
Work at your own pace and don't stress out. Everyone has different subjects, teachers and demands. I want to be as flexible for you as I can.
You may also find one assignment or subject more interesting to you than another. You may just have to plug through a few classes you don't like as much. That's kinda how life is though, the good and the not so good. Try to enjoy the process of learning as much as you can. Even the process of trying to figure out distance learning. If you like this type of learning, a lot of colleges have on-line courses for you in the future. If you don't like this type of learning, you'll be back to school, on campus, soon. Just look at all of this as a journey, a process and another tool you will have as a student. This will not define you as a student or person. Enjoy the journey and learn about yourself along the way.
Love you!
Mrs. Amendola
